“These headphones worked until I bought a Samsung TV without an RCA outlet. I used a converter with optical, which worked fine, until it suddenly stopped connecting. I tried new optical line, batteries & checked connections, but nothing works. Any advice?”

Mine havent worked at all since i made the purchase. im still rying to figure it out so my mom who has a hearing disability can use it.
