“How do you make this sit securely in your ears? I have average size female ears if not on the small side, and they fell out with the medium adapters. I have the large in now and they're secure but they've very uncomfortable.”

You easily buy some memory foam buds for it. They go for 10 dollars online. If they are still uncomfortable unfortunately not everyone sports earbuds and you may have to change to different ones or headphones.
