These will work with Bluetooth and connect easily. Your TV or Sound Bar has to emit a Bluetooth connection for all headphones. If your tv does not have this feature, you can purchase a Bluetooth transmitter for very little cost and it is very easy to set up. As for volume, you can adjust volume on these headphones
