I’m using mine with the 11 with no problem. When you go into Bluetooth settings on phone do you see them listed? Have you tried to connect them to another Bluetooth device say a TV? It is possible that you have a defective set if you cannot connect them to anything. Good luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I paired these with my wife's iPhone 11 Pro Max and use them daily on a Gen 7 iPod Nano. iPhones would prefer you use Air Pods but they still do support Bluetooth devices.
