Charges from a standard USB style charger (5v). If you can charge a cell phone you can charge this.

Hello Sofia! Depending on the type of charging option you would like to use the unit requires a DC 5 V 1.5 A by using either the following options: To charge, use a micro-USB cable and connect the system to:
1 - An AC outlet by using a commercially-available USB AC adaptor capable of feeding in
1.5 A or 0.5 A (the charging time will be shorter with a USB AC adaptor capable of
