It works as any other Bluetooth device you will have to pair it with your TV. Also it does not have personal assistant functionality whatsoever.

The speaker is designed to support the following Bluetooth profiles: -A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) -AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) -HSP (Headset Profile) -HFP (Hands-free Profile) It also doesn't have Siri and Google Assistant.
