• I think it's very good, I believe that is what set's it apart from some of the other manufactures, bag for the buck this is a quality speaker

• For a smallerish speaker (8in x 3in) it has excellent bass, especially with the bass boost on.

• We were impressed by the "extra bass" feature. Without it, the sound is rather tinny. But with it on, the sound fills a room. We're playing metal rock (think XM Lithium channel) on it.
