• Might be that you dont have the speaker in pairing mode. Press and hold power button for 5 seconds until it says “bluetooth pairing” and the bluetooth symbol is flashing.

• Try holding down the power button for a minute (or two) when you turn it on - will put it it pairing mode. For your second question, the speaker can only connect to one device (and play music) at a time.
