“The speaker apparently has an automatic power down feature, even when plugged in. Is there a way to defeat this feature so that it will stay on continuously? We are using it as an external phone speaker for my hearing impaired mother.”

• The speaker powers down when it is low on the battery. Just recharge or leave it plug in.

• Hi knuckles, to turn off the automatic power down feature of this speaker, press and hold down the + and - button at the same time for at least 5 seconds, or until you see the Bluetooth light flash 3 times in white. Make sure that this procedure is performed while the unit is connected to a power outlet and is turned off. Thanks, -Mark
