Can I use these with my 2016 model year SonyTV, it has Bluetooth, without cutting out the external speaker? So I want to hear through the earbuds while my wife listens through the external TV speakers. Or when I pair the buds will it cut off the external speakers?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They absolutely can. I just paired mine with my Samsung TV. I hadn't done that because I generally just use the Xbox headphones while I'm playing. So, the TV recognizes the wireless soundbar and now the Sony XB50BS Headphones.
