• They are pretty solid in the ear once you figure out the proper sized of ear plugs to use! (It comes with a ton of different sizes)

• These feel very secure in my ears and don't move around while I'm running. The included "wings" help keep them from slowly working their way loose.

• Hi runninFool, The headset comes with the M size arc supporters. If you feel they do not fit in your ears, change them to another size to fit your ears (sizes are small, medium and large). Optional replacement earbuds and arc supporters can be ordered from your nearest Sony dealer. -Vincent

• Absolutely! They stay in even with super sweaty workouts, I've done everything from running, to morning bootcamp classes with these where we had to drop to the ground and back up with no problem.
