“I just bought these and I've noticed that there is a hissing sound whenever the earphones try to play an audio. Is it the case with others too? All help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!”

Whenever a function on the phone goes off and audio like a video or music isn't playing a hiss usually happens. This is my experience so yours could be different though.

Please try again later.When the device is not in use and there is silence in the audio input you hear that the device goes to a mode like energy saving without turning off, it is heard as a Like a buzzing and there's a Nok ans after that silence, but is just when you don't use. But is just a second not noise or uncomfortable, not for me
