Whenever a function on the phone goes off and audio like a video or music isn't playing a hiss usually happens. This is my experience so yours could be different though.

They work fine for me. No hissing at all. Yours may be defective.

I have not heard this before. I suggest restarting your phone, forget the connected headphones and reset the blue tooth. This should help.

When the device is not in use and there is silence in the audio input you hear that the device goes to a mode like energy saving without turning off, it is heard as a Like a buzzing and there's a Nok ans after that silence, but is just when you don't use. But is just a second not noise or uncomfortable, not for me
