This happened to me weeks after purchase, and I spent LOTS of time backtracking to find the “track” button. I Crazy Glued the tiny nipple back into it’s spot on the headset and it quit happening. Use a toothpick and make sure it’s oriented right. No need to go nuts, just enough glue to get the nipple in the center of the button; you’ll see what I’m talking about when the button hairline cracks and falls off. Lastly, make sure to contact Sony because this is probably the biggest complaint about this product.
