• They connect with my S8 great. Have your tried to remove the connection and start over? Reboot your phone>

• Make sure your phone accept Bluetooth devices by adjusting it on the settings. Turning the Bluetooth on alone doesn't fix it.

• You could try resetting them. Turn them off and when turning them on press the power button and the high volume at the same time for 7 - 9 seconds. It will start looking for devices to pair with. Try this option. It worked for me.

• I had it with my S8 and it was connecting fine, probably you need to do the pairing correctly

• Just try resetting them , hold the power button for 30 seconds so that they earphones forget all previous pairings , then you should be able pair them with your phone . Just went trough the same thing two days ago.
