It's working fine with music but 70% times over phone calls, I can only hear little noise(nothing else) and the other person on the phone can not hear anything. Does anyone know what seems to be problem? null

Seems like an issue with the MIC for this model which I am starting to believe on my earphones as well, trying with multiple ones through Best Buy exchange policy. I really want to keep them bcoz of the audio quality but the MIC is horrible.

it is simply a horrible headphone. Simply return it as soon as you can.
