• 30 to 45 day return warranty. And Sony warranties this product for up to one year. If there is any problems break or just not working you could call Sony they will send you new pair within that 1 year period from the date of purchase.

• Comes with Factory Warranty. You will have to contact Sony for a replacement. Even then, that is limited. I purchased the BestBuy warranty for $20.00 so if anything goes wrong, I can switch them out for a new one no questions asked.
