Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. These are IPX4 rated, meaning they are "splash resistant" but not "waterproof". You shouldn't have issues in a light rain but showers have increased heat and pressure, making water damage far more likely. I wouldn't want anything less than an IPX6 rating for use in a shower but 7+ would be preferable, as those ratings are for continued submersion in water.
