“I saw a video that said that these can only be recharged through computer USB, not a standard phone block charger. Is this true?”

Included in the package is the USB charger. No wall charger is included however the USB does fit into apple block chargers. 99% sure they will fit into any block charger.

Yes, this is true. They provide the cable. You can look up the owners manual online with the model number for more specific instructions on charging. We got it a month ago and use it exclusively with a piece of exercise equipment and it's still fully charged, so it really holds a charge.

They charged with my charger in my in my truck's power outlet, so it should charge with a standard wall charger.

You can charge it through a USB port or a USB wall charger. It does not come with the wall charger.
