“When I connect to Bluetooth it sounds fine, but when I connect via audio cables from my DVD it's barely audible. I still have not figured out how to connect via RCA cables to two speakers. And only one of them plays. Does anyone know how to”

You might be better off getting a Bluetooth TV or dvd player.

If you are connecting a DVD player to the unit it is necessary to increase the volume on your player prior attempting to increase it on this unit. If your DVD player has no volume control it will be required to connect it first into an amplifier or receiver and then send the signal to this unit for playback. In regard to the party chain feature, we recommend checking first that your secondary unit supports the party chain option, if so please check the connection diagram on page 22, if on the other hand it doesn't support the party chain, follow the diagram on page 23 instead by using the following link: https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4582492115.pdf ~Jeannette
