Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have 2 of these speakers and neither one of them seemed to have this problem. You might want to just talk to the bestbuy u got it from and explain to them the problem see if they can do anything for you. To have it under warranty i believe you had to have paid the extra money to ensure it under bestbuy
