“Why is there no sound coming from the system? It says my Bluetooth is connected & sound on device is up all the way.”

• Hold the bluetooth on the speaker and reconnect it. You don't have to "forget device" from your phone. It's because the phone trys to connect to the speaker before it's ready some times and causes a glitch.
