Yes, absolutely. Just like any other AC powered device. You would need to get a hefty DC to AC power inverter, suggest 1000 watts just to be on the safe side and it will have to be directly wired or using alligator clamps to your truck's battery. Keep your truck running as I suspect this will drain your truck's battery fairly rapidly otherwise.

This speaker does not charge it runs on raw electricity. If you do find a plug that you can connect the speaker from and to your truck and give it power then the answer is yes. Keep in mind that when doing this your car or truck battery will become low very fast.
