Hi HAZOXGAMING, in terms of output power and bass, both models are almost identical. Our retailers tend to play bass heavy music to showcase the power of our GTKXB speakers, with that being said, the music/content being played also needs to be considered. The advantage of the XB90 over the XB7 is its capability to play content from a media server (DLNA). Thanks, -Mark
