• You can browse the internet but there is no browser that is pre-installed. You have to download Opera from the Play Store.

• Yes you can. This TV's OS is Android TV, so it is a lot like Android tablets. There is an Android app that is a browser for Android TV. I would recommend getting a bluetooth keyboard and mouse if you plan to use it much as a browser.
