Online phone swap failed to activate our xperia 10. Activated with VZ support and was told to wait 10 minutes and it will be working. 2 hours kater, cant recieve or make phone calls, texting is buggy, and data works. Hour on the phone with VZ tech and was told to take it to the VZ store about an hour away. Made the trip and the SIM card was replaced and same results, no calls can be made or received. VZ store support seemed inexperienced and never worked on one of these. Was told thats all the store could do and to call Verizon and request tier 2. Waste of time for this "certified" for Verizon phone. Nice device, too bad it wont do phone calls. Good luck if you are trying on VZ... reply here if you get a tech smart enough to make it work.
