I bought this phone to replace a Samsumg Galaxy S4 which has a 13MP as well, but the pictures and videos of Sony Xperia C4 are blurry and bad quality while the Samsumg S4 are much better. Quality sound and storage no complains. I am a really fun of Sony but I am disappointed with the sharpness of this camera.”

Samsung Galaxy has a much faster processing component that allows auto focus setting to correct the out of focus shot. I would try to use different settings on camera mode to check if the pictures can improve first before giving up on a shot. The ISO setting will allow it. You just have to realize that it's a phone not a top of the line ISO Shooting digital camera.
