Yes to both. The only items you cannot use your Best Buy gift cards on are items sold from the marketplace because it's other vendors selling those items on Best Buy's website, not Best Buy themselves, or to buy visa gift cards. You can use the Best Buy gift cards on line at check out. The option should be under the box for credit card information.
