- Answer This phone doesn't come close to the Samsung Galaxy Note phones. I had the Note 4 and then purchased this phone. I'm going back to a note! The Note phones are better in SO MANY areas than this phone!

- Answer It's a charger on the box and a manufacturer warranty for 1year parts and labor. They also have an extended warranty for 79.99 at Best Buy if u want to get it. It's for 2years. I would recommend it

- Answer As far as the low light picture quality, It's among the best I've seen without flash from Sony Xperia devices, both front and back. However, there's a good bit of improvements made to how the flash works on both front and back for photos, so I was impressed with the natural light appearances from both.

- Answer It is available now. I bought mine last month. The lime gold is a super cool color. If they don't have it in the store ask them to order it for u. May take a few days to come but worth the wait. I had to have them order mine because the store didn't carry Lime gold color.

- Answer It is available now. I bought mine last month and the color is beautiful. I love the color. Keep in mind that they may have to special order the color if the store doesn't have it. I had to wait 3days to get the lime gold color. Well worth the wait.

- Answer With the launch firmware, it currently is locked behind carrier branding only. Though, there is supposed to be a firmware update for it that ads it in within the first 6 months of worldwide launch.

- Answer You will have to check with the Best Buy store in your area for the availability of different colors. I believe all Best Buys get different colors and are not guaranteed to get all available colors
