Yes it does feature Remote Play. However you will need to be on WiFi and it tends to work best when on your home WiFi. Trying to use it from another location will depend on your bandwidth at both locations and router settings. If you don't have the ability to forward ports on your router, it may not work correctly externally, but it should be fine on the same network. Also it only works with an official Sony Dualshock 4, so generic Android gamepads are not an option.
