Is this phone dual-sim active or standby. Thanks null

It can be Dual SIM active if you install two SIMS

According to the manual it can be active using both SIMS at the same time, although you can select to use only one SIM at a time. You can also get calls on the second SIM transferred to the first. It says you have to chose which SIM to received data, can't use both for data at the same time. This is all from the manual as I only have one SIM put in my phone and will swop it when I go to Europe as I need the extra spot for extra memory.
