If your TV doesn’t support Bluetooth but has a Headphone audio out (3.5 mm/Aux) port then you can connect it to the AUDIO IN jack of the XV500 using a 3.5 mm audio cable (commercially available). Note: While a portable audio device is connected to the AUDIO IN jack and music playback is in progress, operations on the speaker, for example, to pause, to skip to the beginning of the next track, and to skip to the beginning of the current track are disabled. If you want to enhance your TV experience, you may also consider the XV800 or XV900. You can listen to TV audio by connecting these speakers to your TV using an optical cable. Sony's unique function, “TV Sound Booster,”* lets you enjoy the enhanced sound of audio visual contents, such as live performance videos and movies. Owing to the deep bass and realistic high-pitched sounds spreading around, you can taste a true audio visual experience that makes you feel as if you are attending a live performance. Regards, Jess
