Hi Gus, thanks for your question. The microphone output from the XV800 is possible only when the TV Sound Booster function is turned off. In this case, you need to turn off the TV sound volume.

The microphone audio is not played back from the TV through the optical input; when used without the TV Sound Booster feature, music and microphone audio played back from the XV800 will not be delayed (approximately 5 ms).
