Where do you buy replacement brush heads? null

I ordered them on Amazon.. be sure to order soon, I sprung a tiny pin hole leak in the head of the brush... shoots water all over the place with that little pinhole. The extra bush i put in has also sprun a little pinhole in it opposite the brush. I feel like the bushes should last longer than a few weeks... but maybe they were a defect in the pouring of the mold? I am going to try a replacement brush next.
