• Yes, the mattress has 3 adjustable height settings. You simply adjust the height with 4 screws by raising and lowering the spring frame under the mattress. Takes me about 5 minutes start to finish.

• Yes, has three different levels you can put it at. You will have to unscrew it to change the level of height, 4 screws, not a big deal.
