“We had the rear speakers of our Surround System working fine but now do not. They connect by bluetooth to the sound bar and that light turns solid green still so it just seems to be a sound setup problem that none of the menues ive found are any help.”

Maybe your internet is too slow. That will make it cut out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not thrilled with mine either.. I have to go into the app and turn down the base speaker and the sound bar then turn the volume up to actually get them to work
