“I'm trying to hook up my new Insignia sound bar to my 32 inch Samsung TV. I've tried both RCA and AUX IN ports, but to no avail. My TV continues playing sound through its own speakers. I've checked and ensured all cables are properly connected. Help!”

• You may need the optical cable. I was told by samsung that my tv RCA outputs don't work, which seems dumb, but that's what the samsung customer service said.

• Must go to setting on your tv and turn it off

• Did you try changing the input. The bar has multiple inputs that can be chosen on the bar controls
