Minor loss depending on distance you are from source, gone about 20-25 feet away from source still good until went behind a a wall minor drop then picks back up at a lower volume sometimes.

To fix the sound interrupt issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips: - Upgrade the firmware to the latest version (v.03.82/4.82). - Forget the pairing records for the earbuds (Liberty 3 Pro) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. - Reset the earbuds using the following steps: 1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open. 2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode. - Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
