If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: - Reset the earbuds using the following steps: 1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open. 2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
