Any bluetooth headphones should do. Your tv doesn't need to be a smart TV, but you will need it to have bluetooth as an audio option.

It can work with a Roku tv, all you’ll need to do is download the Roku remote app to your mobile device, then connect your Bluetooth headphones to your mobile device. Then open the Roku remote app from your mobile device (make sure it’s connected to your tv) and click the headphone symbol to listen through your headphones.
