To fix the issue, here are the other tips for your reference: - Ensure the earbuds can be charged and be turned on - Delete the pairing records for the earbuds on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. - Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for “Life Dot 2 XR” and pair the device to see if that worked. - Try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
