• They are the same. Best Buy changes the name slightly to avoid price match

• Life Note 3 (A3933) does not support wireless charging, and the logo color is different.

• They are nearly identical as far as I can tell however the Life Note 3 XR doesn't support wireless charging.

• Appears they are different, based on Model Numbers. The Life P3 are A3939. The Life Note 3 XR are A3933.
