Works with iOS with no issues. -Make sure your headphones are fully charged -"Forget" the headphones in your device's Bluetooth history and reset the earbuds by holding down the Power button and V+ 5S, and then open the Soundcore APP and update it again. -Try these headphones on another Bluetooth device to see if the problem persists.
