The Soundcore Sleep A20/A30 earbuds are primarily designed for sleep and music functionality and offer two modes: Music Mode and Sleep Mode. Phone calls: These earbuds do not have a microphone for making or receiving phone calls. Audio for calls will play through the connected device instead. Watching movies: They can play Bluetooth audio in Music Mode, so you can use them to watch movies when paired with your device. Do note that in Sleep Mode, only white noise is played, and Bluetooth audio is not supported. To switch between modes, you can use the Soundcore app or double-tap the left earbud to return to Music Mode for Bluetooth audio playback.
