Personally, I’m with you on this one! Best Buy lowered the price of the 55” Toshiba Alexa inside 4K tv, but informed Me, in not so much an apologetic way, that their new policy was I could of course have the difference in price refunded if I chose to take the TV off the wall, package it up, return it to the Store in Rochester, and then purchase a new one at a lesser price!!! i think you can all guess how that went over....
