• It does not, but the Ipencil connects to the iPad magnetically and there is room in the case for it to connect and close the case.

• Beg your pardon, but this case DOES support the Apple Pencil and does it quite well. Not only does the magnet hold it securely in place, but it gets charged wirelessly when the pen is installed. This case adds an extra snap-in security to the pencil.
