I purchased this case about two weeks ago, but when I went to plug in my ear buds, it would not fit because the one that I received didn't have the two separate openings on the left, instead it have one slot. So, what Best Buy, what am I to do? null

My Speck clear case has an oversize hole for the earphone jack (to allow for diameter of the plug). So yours must be an anomaly. Return it for replacement.

Sounds like you may have gotten the wrong version of the case for the phone, the iPhone 7s do not have an earbud plug in, they use the same piece as the charger. I would bring it back to exchange for the correct version, hope that helps.

If your phone has a regular round jack and the case does not, I'm guessing the case is for the iphone7 and not an iphone6 or 6Plus. Case may have been in the wrong packaging.
