QuestionCase hard to get on 5s.Everyone says case "snaps on" but mine is not that easy. Can't get rubber rim completely around phone. Phone not in case deeply enough so that volume buttons even work.

- Answer My phone snapped right in without any effort and volume buttons work fine. Also mine came with rubber rim installed already so it makes me think you got a previously used or certainly damaged case. Mine functions great on the 5S!
