A:AnswerNo this is not better than a Life Proof. Life Proof protects from water and completely seals the phone inside the case. There are pros and cons to both. I had a Life Proof first for about 2 years before it wore out and the biggest complaint I seemed to get was that people couldn't hear me during a phone call if I moved the phone any during a conversation. Other than that, my phone was still brand new looking when I went to buy a new case. I didn't go with the Life Proof the second time because I intend to upgrade my phone within the next year and couldn't see spending the $.
