• I use mine with a Razer Core and run two additional 4k monitors. The Razer Core does charge the laptop even though it is "not supported"

• Yes, it does, has two USB-c ports and i tried, it works even without being connected to a power supply, but obviously this is a problem as the laptop will run out of juice eventually. I dock may do the trick, but I haven't tried that.
