Yes, a very good thick black leather-like one with velcro and a sewn in stylus holder. It's held up to daily use and looks great. It's better than I could have bought third party.

Yes. Snug fit. Has a loop pocket under the single velcro flap to hold the stylus. No other pockets, no handles, no straps. Someone else has already uploaded a photo, which looks exactly like mine.
